Registration Terms Conditions

  1. This portal/website/application is created only to facilitate easy collection and sharing of data and to facilitate efficient roll out TP affiliation and Centre Accreditation with HCSSC. The user shall be solely responsible for his/her information, content, messages or other information that he/she submits. 
  2. By entering such information, applicant organization automatically grant to HCSSC an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, consent to use such information to facilitate its business operations. It also means that the applicant organization have read, reviewed, understood and agreed to abide by the Privacy Policy as well
  3. Users of this portal are not permitted to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information that:
    • belongs to another person and to which the user does not have any right to;
    • intentionally submitting to the Website/portal/Application any incomplete, false or inaccurate information;
    • violating or attempting to violate the integrity or security of the Website/ portal or any HCSSC content;
    • making any unsolicited communications to other users;
    • deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;
    • impersonate another person;
    • contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource;
    • using any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (such as spiders, robots, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the Website/portal/Application;
    • attempting to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any part of the Website/portal/Application
    • is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever;
    • violates any law for the time being in force;
  4. Users of this Portal agree that it is merely an electronic platform to aggregate information and is not meant for provision of any specific service.
    • HCSSC shall not be responsible or liable in any manner to the users of this portal for any losses, damage, injuries or expenses incurred by the Users as result of any disclosures made by HCSSC.
    • HCSSC and their representatives, officers, employees, agents and contractors shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, expense, cost (including legal costs) or liability arising directly or indirectly from applicant organization’s use or non-use of this portal/website/application
  5. HCSSC does not provide or make any representation as to the quality, accuracy, bona fides or general or specific nature of any of the data available in this portal. This Site, Application, portal, and all content on it and the Application are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  6. HCSSC may revise and update these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued usage of the Web Site/App after any changes to these Terms of Use will be deemed as acceptance of such changes. Any aspect of the Web Site may be changed, supplemented, deleted or updated without notice, at the sole discretion of HCSSC. HCSSC may also change or impose fees for products and services provided through the Web Site at any time, at its sole discretion. HCSSC may establish or change, at any time, general practices and restrictions concerning other HCSSC products and services at its sole discretion.
  7. Any and all intellectual property rights ("Intellectual Property") associated with the Web Site and its contents (the "Content") are the sole property of HCSSC, its affiliates or third parties. The Content is protected by Intellectual Property and other laws both in India and other countries. Elements of the Web Site are also protected by trade name, trade secret, unfair competition, and other laws and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part. All customized graphics, icons, and other items that appear on the Web Site are trademarks, service marks or trade name ("Marks") of HCSSC, its affiliates or other entities that have granted HCSSC the right and license to use such Marks and may not be used or interfered with in any manner without the express written consent of HCSSC. Except as otherwise expressly authorized by these Terms of Use, You may not copy, reproduce, modify, amend, lease, loan, sell and/or create derivative works from, upload, transmit, and/or distribute the Intellectual Property of the Web Site in any way without HCSSC's prior written permission or that of an appropriate third party. Except as expressly provided herein, HCSSC does not grant to You any express or implied rights to the Intellectual Property of HCSSC or that of any third party.
